Last Wednesday, May 28th, the AQUAIA Operational Group held the final event of its project and what a wonderful day it was! We had the opportunity to visit the experimental plots, watch the results of the project and dive into the key results of a project that’s been pushing the boundaries of sustainable agriculture. AQUAIA has developed an innovative tool for optimizing irrigation in organic horticultural systems, powered by highly customizable artificial intelligence models to enhance water-use efficiency. Visitaremos las parcelas experimentales del proyecto y mostraremos los resultados más importantes que hemos logrado. Dentro de nuestra política de intentar dedicar el 0,7% de nuestros presupuestos a la cooperación al desarrollo, desde el Diverso Lab hemos contribuido para comprar una batería que ha permitido poner en funcionamiento de nuevo un ecógrafo en un hospital de Cuba. El envío ha sido posible gracias a la cooperación con Sodepaz Andalucía. El equipo ha sido enviado a un grupo de médicos que desde hace algunos años utilizan la llamada ecografía clínica en la asistencia a la cabecera del enfermo. Se trata del uso de la ecografía sin ser imagenólogos. Es una práctica clínica que se ha ido imponiendo en el mundo médico. El equipo lo utilizamos en la práctica diaria, incluida la evaluación de pacientes fuera de la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva, en unidades de emergencia o…
